My Story

I have over 28 years of facilitating and guiding mindful, conscious, and ecological living as a mindful integrative, Human Health & Well-Being Consultant and Awakened Practitioner.

Founder of The Awakened Method, Whole Wellness Intelligent Care, and The Mindful Ways Eco-Village Institute, I fuse my expertise in local ecology, mindfulness, pre and perinatal birth psychology, somatic studies, and holistic healing to support individuals all the way from preconception to their professional stage in life. As a doula and midwife assistant for more than 10 years, and attending over 400 births, I believe the importance of how we birth is how we earth.
